Our New Haven Pizza Truck event menu is a guaranteed success. We serve an astounding variety freshly baked, thin crust pizzas. Your guests will be able to serve themselves from as many types of gourmet pies as they desire. We welcome special requests and our amazing toppings bar make the possible flavor combinations almost unlimited.

We pair these delicious pizzas with a traditional green salad, delicately tossed with balsamic vinaigrette.For dessert, an assortment of gourmet gelato is served with freshly brewed cappuccino and espresso.

About Our Pizza:

We do thin crust, New Haven-style pizza, using our own dough with only the best Mozzarella and Pecorino Romano. The pizza is baked in a very hot, wood fired oven and has the characteristic crispy bottom and charring around the edges. Many of our customers tell us that we are their favorite pizzeria.

We host a variety of toppings bound to catch your guest’s attention. From the traditional pizza varieties to the more exciting pizzas such as our Mashed Potato and Bacon pie, White Clam, Margarita with fresh Basil and many more. We also have gluten free available.
